Frankfurt (-1.5) over Amsterdam (5 units -105) The only reason the line is this low is because Berlin crushed this Frankfurt team last week. Berlin is just head and shoulders over everyone in NFLEL. Frankfurt will have a winning record while Amsterdam will not the fact of the matter is. The game is in Frankfurt and this team will be ready for some payback. Amsterdam does not know what its like to play in front of a raucous crowd and Frankfurt will more than deliver a rowdy bunch. Also, despite his poor opening performance, Akili Smith can do well in the NFLEL. Look for a double-digit Frankfurt victory here.

i was hoping this line would come 3 but really didn't expect it. Frankfurt just didn't look ready to play last week and i expect Amsterdam to do what Berlin did last week, run the ball right through them.

Last year home opener in Frankfurt had 21000 attendance. 2003 had 23000.

Home team is 3-1 SU/ATS last 2 years with Frankfurt 1-1 at home between these two teams.

Up 1.75 units and 1-1 on the year with one small play for Sunday:

Rhein Fire vs. Cologne Centurions OVER 39.5 (-105) 1 unit Neither team looks like they have much of a pass defense and while Rhein's passing game struggled mightily against Amsterdam last game, they will be back on track for this one. Cologne on the other hand looks like they're going to be a shoot-it-out team this year, they have a band of receivers thought to be the best in the NFLEL. And while Kevin Thompson is not a well-known name he will be able to gun the ball through a weak Rhein secondary. Rhein's secondary got torched by AMSTERDAM last week. I predict the same this week.
